Tired, sun-burned, mind filled with the sights and sounds of this weekend. I had a cousin and her friend visiting from Ohio and we did Taste of Chicago on Saturday - DAMN!!!That was a very crowded venue...
I marched in the Chicago Gay Pride parade with the Human Rights Campaign contingent (hrc.org) and handed out stickers; the day before I did the same for HRC at PrideFest 2008.
Now during the winter when people ask why I stay in Chicago I have two people in Ohio that gets it......
