Although I am against gay marriage - yes, you read right - I am in full support of the fight for recognition of same-sex unions.
Why am I against gay marriage?
Because marriage is something concocted by religious organizations that they deem sacred. So sacred that it's been known for one person to do it over and over again when they get bored with different spouses. So sacred that they'll do it on a drunken whim in Vegas.
As long as same-sex couples are afforded the same legal rights as heterosexual couples - the straights can keep their "sacred" institution.
