Can you say "making a point"?

Where do I start - that "babies" are not aborted - fetuses are?

That abortion is a woman's choice and the church should focus more time on prevention rather than religious rhetoric?

That if these 3300 "babies" were born, how would we care for them? We already have too many children in the system unable to find homes, who are kicked out on the streets at the age of 18 with no support and no money to help them survive on their own?

That if the church backed gay adoption we might be able to take care of SOME of of the children stuck in the system?

Let's just say I had to use all my resolve NOT to drive my car all over those crosses........idiots.....

POPE BENEDICT XVI - DELUSIONAL AND OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY

Got to hand it to those crazy Roman Catholics - they sure know how to stir up controversies when they're ready!

Good 'ole Pappa Benedict the Sixteenth in that big 'ole Italian castle in Rome filled with antiques and single 'celibate' men in dresses somehow managed to put his red Prada shoe in his mouth - AGAIN.

Now he's endorsed welcoming back to the all-powerful Roman Catholic Empire a previously excommunicated British bishop (ordained without the sanction of the Holy See) WHO BELIEVES THE ENTIRE JEWISH HOLOCAUST OF WORLD WAR II IS A MYTH.

This is a pontiff who was born in NAZI OCCUPIED GERMANY and (supposedly) saw the atrocities of World War II.....I mean, c'mon! Doesn't he have ANY sensitivity on the issue?

Hmmmm, let's see who else he's offended so far:

- gays
- Moslems (and we know how THEY liked to be pissed off)
- Buddhists
- victims of sexual abuse

And let's not forget that he recently - in what I saw as an act of self-gratification of his own perceived "power" - waved his magic scepter and waived (pun intended) the concept of limbo from Catholic doctrine.....one of the many holy and un-debatable long-held traditions of the esteemed and noble church (again, pun intended).

Crikey - I miss Pope John Paul II........
