Last week I had the unfortunate experience to listen - not once, but twice - to uber conservative whore Michelle Malkin.This is a woman who, crippled by religious guilt, childhood prejudices and self esteem issues, has made herself the racial whore of the conservative movement.
Born to Philippino parents and schooled in Roman Catholic institutions, Ms. Malkin has had a history of always trying not to be 'the different one' when it comes to opinions...or fitting in. She makes the most absurd statements without providing any substantial evidence to her statements.
Dismissed as a hack, I was dismayed to see her as a panelist on 'This Week with George Stephanopulous' during last Sunday's broadcast. However, my fear was allayed when 'The Shrill Whore' was put in her place last Sunday by award winning journalist and editor Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal Constitution with regards to the issue of unemployment compensation. While The Shrill Whore was making frantic attempts at labeling the unemployed as lazy masses dependant on 'government cheese' - the esteemed Ms Tucker was quick - and dignified in her quiet southern manner - to point out that in these trying times such rhetoric labelling of the unemployed was unfounded...and uncalled for.
The Shrill Whore knew well enough to retreat from superior intelligence and backed down.
However, she remains at large.
The moral of this story is: be careful of the shiny things that initially attract you - they may in time turn around and attack you....remember Sarah Palin?
