Yesterday's announcement by Alaska's publicity hungry governor Sarah Palin that she was resigning as governor by the end of July sent shock waves throughout the country. All Democrats - and some Republicans - are waking up this morning hung over from celebrating at this unexpected but welcomed development.Now, speculation runs rife about the reasons Pale-in-comparison resigned from her post. Some are even predicting this announcement comes ahead of a major scandal that's about to break.
Regardless of the reason this latest stunt by the former beauty pageant contestant only underscores her erratic behavior and inexperience of dealing with the national spotlight, and her piss-poor decision-making skills.
Let her leave office to go around and kiss the asses of the right-wing fanatics and nut jobs that support her - I predict she will amount to nothing more than a circus side-show attraction after she leaves office in late July.
